GENERAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY Streaming Service Digital Platform

The terms and conditions that govern the use of the Digital Streaming Service Platform of Corporación Telemic, C.A, commercially known as INTER, are described below: CORPORACIÓN TELEMIC C.A, hereinafter INTER, is a commercial company domiciled in Barquisimeto, Lara state, originally registered in the Second Mercantile Registry of the Judicial District of the Federal District and Miranda State on February 3, 1995, under No. 23, Volume 39-A-Sgdo and currently, due to the change of registered office, in the First Mercantile Registry of the Judicial District of Lara State on May 9, 1996, under No. 26, Volume 181-A, with number Tax Information Registry (RIF) J-302406641 and duly authorized to provide telecommunications services, as stated in General Authorization No. HGTS-00142 granted by the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL) on October 24, 2002. THE CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS of the Streaming Service Digital Platform undertake to read these General Conditions and Terms of Use and Privacy carefully before continuing their journey through this platform, understanding that they agree with them and declare who agree to fully comply with the instructions and obligations contained therein.

INTER, through its internet service, offers its CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS a streaming service, which they can enjoy from a computer, Smart TV, Smartphone or Tablet, under strict security, confidentiality and privacy standards. For this, INTER will implement verification mechanisms in order to safeguard their data and transactions. Said mechanisms include security levels that aim to prevent fraud and protect the identity of CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS, leaving custody and proper use of them under their sole responsibility and, if applicable, of the consequences. its disclosure or use by third parties. This release of liability extends to any damage caused by CUSTOMERS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS derived from the misuse of information. By using any of the products or services offered by INTER on its Digital Streaming Service Platform, CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS declare that they assume the responsibility that their use entails, for example, errors in the amount of charges to their accounts or payments, or in contracting services. Likewise, INTER will not be responsible when the non-execution of its obligations results from a case of force majeure, fortuitous event or acts of the prince, especially in case of interruption of the service linked to the transport of information or to the connection platform of the CLIENTS. , SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS. On the INTER Streaming Service Digital Platform, CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS will be able to find information regarding the products and services offered, which will be governed by the provisions of the Telecommunications Services Contract or individual contracts. that regulate them, as well as in the terms and conditions that govern the promotions, as the case may be. Likewise, INTER declares that the data, information and, in general, the products and services offered by it, are subject to constitutional, legal and administrative provisions, which guarantee the rights to privacy of communications, access to personal information and the rights and obligations of CUSTOMERS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS in the provision of telecommunications services. For this reason, INTER undertakes not to issue or disclose personal data without the express consent of its CLIENTS and/or SUBSCRIBERS, unless required by the competent government agencies and empowered to do so by current legislation. In this regard, CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS understand that the information contained, posted and made available to the public on INTER's technological platform, are considered data messages, according to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Regarding data messages, the rights to privacy of communications and access to personal information are guaranteed. INTER declares that data messages are protected by security devices to verify that they have not been altered, that they have remained intact during their generation, communication and transmission, reception and archiving, and to confirm the identity of the sender and thus demonstrate their origin. For this reason, CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBER and/or USERS declare that they are aware of and expressly accept that INTER may record data messages and, in this sense, recognize the probative value of said recordings in case of being presented in judicial or extrajudicial processes. The Streaming Service Digital Platform, including all content, software, user interfaces, texts, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, video clips and audio, digital downloads, data compilations and software included in the Site and/or that are delivered to users as part of the service, are assets of INTER, its licensors and/or content providers, and are protected by laws and regulations governing copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property of another kind. In turn, it is expressly understood that between INTER and the CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS of the digital databases, original or not, that have been created for the purpose of providing products and services with personal, private and confidential data and information of the CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS, belong to INTER, who is the sole owner of the economic rights over them. However, INTER will protect and respect the rights of privacy, honor and reputation of individuals, established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS, in accordance with the General Conditions and Terms of Use and Privacy of the Streaming Service Digital Platform, must expressly state, through the various mechanisms established for this purpose, to INTER, if they do not wish to receive electronic messages commercial in its various facets, in which case, INTER, within a period not exceeding twenty-four (24) hours, must cease such shipments and apply the corresponding corrective measures. In this sense, INTER, understanding that it must provide its services continuously, regularly and efficiently, will make its best efforts and proceed to implement the necessary corrective measures in order to correct any error in its technological platform, guaranteeing honor and personal privacy. and relatives of CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS, and the latter understand it as such. However, INTER reserves the right to suspend access to its technological platform at any time, without prior notification to CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS, as long as it is for maintenance reasons, or for technical reasons. that are considered necessary and convenient, as well as in case of force majeure, fortuitous event or acts of the prince. In these cases there will be no compensation of any kind from INTER. INTER reserves the right to amend these General Conditions and Terms of Use and Privacy, and any change will be published on its Streaming Service Digital Platform for the purpose of notifying its CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS. Thus, in case of any violation of the aforementioned General Conditions and Terms of Use and Privacy, to the systems that use information technology, to the privacy of people and communications and to the Intellectual Property that are linked to the technological platform, The provisions of the Special Law against Computer Crimes in force in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will be applied.

The services provided by INTER can only be contracted by persons of legal age, so it will not be responsible for the use of its Digital Streaming Service Platform by children or adolescents, the downloading and use thereof being the sole responsibility of CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS. INTER declares that it complies with current regulations on information security and privacy of communications and indicates that it will establish and adhere to the necessary security, privacy, transparency and reliability policies in order to safeguard the interests of CLIENTS, SUBSCRIBERS and/or USERS as the case may be.
